Kara: hey, Betty! Glad your house didn't sink! That would be a major bummer.
Betty Skelly: Hi Kara, been awhile I did not come here. I was busy, we went back to FL again and we got lots of sunshine. We missed the flood here in Northwest but I am thankful that our house did not sunk. We live in a hill and the house was built 1 foot up the ground. I called my friend if we have flood but then it is only at the bridge about 2 miles away from my home. Glad everything went ok. How are you? Got a new book working again huh! cool!
Garf: care to exchange link?
Kara: Hey, Betty! Good to see you. I gotta have the sunshine or I get very depressed!
Betty Skelly: Hi Kara, it is been awhile I did not visit you here but I was trying to read an updates. Happy thanksgiving and wished you have a wonderful time in CA. Wished I can get some sunshine. We are pretty much gloomy here.

Critique Day

  • Where did I walk/ride? Nowhere, but did 5 whole minutes on trainer
  • Affirmation of the Day: Life is an adventure, and I can hardly wait to see what's around the next corner!

I got quite a bit of feedback on my book today, more than I've been getting.  But all of the comments were about small, easily fixable problems.  So, fingers crossed, the MOB book survives another session.

The undesirable alarm company came today to remove their equipment.  Re-installing my old system is turning out to be complex, but that's okay.  One step at a time.

No one showed up for yoga class today, including my teacher.  She was sick earlier in the week, but usually she e-mails if she's going to miss and I didn't see any messages from her.  I sat in the parking lot for twenty minutes all alone, so apparently others got the word.  I came home and did some yoga while watching a bird video, then road my trainer (bike) for, like, five minutes before I tuckered out.  I haven't been on it in a while, so I will have to build up my stamina again.

Thanks for visiting,
Kara
